When you view your profile:  This is the way that your profile will appear to all other members (users) of the site.

All of your Activity, Profile, Notifications, Messages, Friends, Groups, Forums, Settings, View, Edit, Change Profile Photo tabs can be viewed on this page.  By selected the tab that appears you can perform that action.

 

 

Here is what your profile view will appear as.

There are extended fields in your profile that you can choose who sees your content (edit profile).
